All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure your booking. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these terms or disrupts other guests.
The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings except where caused by our negligence. Guests are advised to secure valuables in the in-room safe.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
